Things you need to know...

Perth Platter Company is delighted that you are interested in using our services for your specialoccasion. To ensure your function meets the highest standard please read the following terms andconditions; 1. Bookings will be considered tentative pending receipt of a deposit and will be held without obligation for aperiod of two weeks. The Perth Platter Company reserves the right to cancel an unconfirmed bookingwithout notice and reallocate the date to other enquires. 2. Confirmation of a booking occurs on receipt of a deposit payment and a signed function planner. 3. Full payment is required prior to the day of your function. Payment by EFT, cash, bank cheque or creditcard is accepted. 4. Each platter is priced to cater for 10-12 people (unless indicated) with 5 to 6 items of food per person. 5. We can provide staff to serve and help out at your function providing there is a minimum food spend of$1,000. We do request a minimum of 3 hours per staff member and a minimum of 2 staff members at anyfunction. 6. All cold food is delivered on white formal plastic platters and all hot food is delivered on solid metalplatters and kept hot in foam boxes. 7. All platters and foam boxes strictly remain the property of The Perth Platter Company and any damage orloss must be paid for. Boxes - $15.00 & Silver Platters - $15.00 8. Collection of platters and foam boxes will be arranged on the day of booking or delivery. 9. The minimum requirement for a delivery is 3 platters (6 on week-ends) a smaller order is available withpick up. 10. Delivery charge is from $50 - $100 and may vary beyond this depending on size of delivery or cateringneeds. 11. We can also cater for carvery, buffets, bbq’s and sit down dinners. 12. We try our upmost to make sure that your food arrives on time, but occasionally that may be out of ourcontrol. 13. Payment of your deposit is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
