Platinum Matrix Recruitment Pty Ltd (“PMR”) and Platinum Matrix People Pty Ltd (“PMP”) provide specialised and focused services. Our recruitment services are delivered through PMR, and our labour hire engagements are conducted through PMP. The two companies are unique in name and service, but are both built upon the same foundations for success. We have delivered premium recruitment, labour hire, employment, and job services in Western Australia since 2005. Our clients associate our brand with high quality service and premium candidates, and we work hard to improve this even further. Platinum Matrix specialises in employment solutions for the Mining, Oil & Gas, EPCM, Construction, and associated industries in Western Australia. We provide tailor made recruitment services for a highly focused selection of specialist roles and clients; our focus is on understanding client and candidate needs to create lasting professional relationships. Our Team

Cary Rossetti

Cary is the founding Principal and the Senior Consultant of Platinum Matrix Recruitment Pty Ltd and Platinum

Matrix People Pty Ltd. She has 25 years mining and construction industry experience in para-legal, commercial

negotiation and management, and departmental management (General Manager Commercial for two ASX20

Companies). Cary has resourced and managed departments responsible for these services, and also for project

delivery services within these large organisations. Cary has also been responsible for marketing and managing

special strategic projects

Nick Rossetti

Nick is Senior Consultant of Platinum Matrix

Recruitment Pty Ltd and Platinum Matrix People Pty

Ltd. He has 35 years industry experience in

engineering design, project and construction

management and project controls, having been

responsible for all project phases from feasibility,

through funding, design, construction, commissioning

and handover to operations, in the Oil & Gas and

Minerals Extraction Industries. He has resourced and

managed departments delivering these services. He

has held Board membership in junior exploration and

mining companies.

Jeff Thorpe

Jeff is a Senior Consultant of Platinum Matrix Recruitment

Pty Ltd and Platinum Matrix People Pty Ltd, with a

professional career within the Australian and Global Oil &

Gas industry of over 30 years, of which the last 14 years

have been applied to global and Australian recruitment of

technical professionals. The combined skills gained during

his varied career are leveraged to successfully source,

screen, interview and select key personnel for the oil & gas

offshore and onshore exploration, pipeline and general

construction, and general mining and support industries in

the Asia-Pacific region. Jeff has sound people management

and proven high level of marketing and entrepreneurial

business development skills in a corporate environment. In

addition to recruitment services, Jeff is also able to provide

assistance to Clients in developing resourcing and

implementation plans.

Platinum Matrix has extensive experience in the mining, resources, and construction industries, and first-hand knowledge of the selection of specialist roles that we recruit for. We start by taking care of the profiling, selection, and interviewing of short-listed candidates. Once we have selected the best of the best, only then are they submitted for your appraisal. Platinum Matrix does the heavy lifting upfront because we know that you’re already busy with the demands of your business, and the last thing you need is to be bombarded by a storm of CV’s from which you are then required to make your selection. Our business relies on referral of clients and referral of candidates and this is part of our winning formula.
