The totale surface of the VILLA | ALLIV is 400m2. On the ground floor, there is a spacious entrance hall and two large spaces overlooking on a patio. Upstairs, the « studio » is highlighted thanks to a huge bay window, with a view over the park, all linked by a colossal stairway. Fitted with a swimming pool, the wooded park gives a 4000 m2 green space.
