Duromastic P15 Notable Advantages

Duromastic P15 is a modified acrylic Urethane, more commonly referred to as a“Water-Based Polyurethane”. Duromastic P15 forms a tough, flexible waterproof membranewith a high film strength and exceptional elongation (how far the membrane can stretch withoutbreaking) and elasticity that will expand and contract under normal substrate movement.

Duromastic P15 is easily applied to both vertical and horizontal surfaces. Theformulation is fully optimized to ensure quick tack-free time, fast cure, high solids and excellentresistance to swelling. It fully complies with the test requirements of AS:4858-2004 and AS:3740:2004 “Waterproofing of Wet Areas within residential buildings”

Duromastic ACS- Fibre Notable Advantages

Duromastic ACS- Fibre is a liquid applied Water-Based Acrylic membrane containingFibreglass reinforcing, used in under tile applications. When fully cured, Duromastic ACS- Fibreforms a flexible waterproof lining, tested to Class lll, AS:4858-2004 "Wet AreaMembranes” and AS:3740-2004 “Waterproofing of wet areas within residentialbuildings". Duromastic ACS- Fibre is an excellent, more cost effective alternative to DuromasticP15 in situations where pricing is a major contributing factor to the waterproofing process.

Duromastic ACS- Fibre forms a waterproof lining to most building materialsincluding reinforced concrete, cement render, water resistant plasterboard and compressedcement sheeting, etc. The surface must be fixed according to the manufacturers’ directions, freeof protrusions, dirt, oil and other contaminants. The surface must be dry.

Duromastic ACS-2 Notable Advantages

Duromix ACS-2 is a two part high solids liquid/cement membrane with fibrereinforcement. Generally speaking, this product is referred to as a “Two-Part Cement-BasedAcrylic Membrane”. DUROMIX™ACS-2 cures very rapidly to form a flexible waterproof lining forshowers and other wet areas as described in Australian Standard AS3740:2004 “Waterproofingwet areas within residential buildings”. It complies with AS4858:2004 “Wet Area Membranes”.Duromix ACS-2 is also suitable for applications where polymer modified render will be applied orin conditions where other water-based waterproofing products have difficulty in drying due toexcessive humidity and coolness.

DUROMIX™ACS-2 forms a waterproof lining to most building materials includingreinforced concrete, cement render, water-resistant plaster board, and compressed cementsheeting, etc. The surface must be fixed according tomanufacturers’ directions and must be cleanand dry.
