• R12.1 was generally available (GA) in May 2009 – Via Oracle Electronic Product Delivery (EPD) and Oracle Store

– For all the supported platforms and languages

• Can be used by new and upgrading customers

(11.5.9 and above) to go directly to R12.1 – If you are on R11i, use R12.1 RI from EPD. Follow instructions
