Masthead Inspiration Explanation of choice of genre. I have chosen the genre rock because it is my favourite style of music, therefore I feel like I can relate to the information I create as I can take my own (honest) opinion on it. As well as this, it makes the work easier as I can apply my own knowledge and relate to artists I enjoy. I think it is one of the most popular genres within the music magazine industry which is beneficial.
