SAT/ACT COMPARISON

SAT ¼ point deducted for each incorrect

answer. Total testing time: 205 minutes

(includes 25 min. experimental section)

Required writing component Math – two 25 minute sections, one

20 minute section. Critical Reading – two 25 minute

sections, one 20 min. section. Writing – 60 minutes

ACT Does not deduct points for

schools in place of SAT subject tests.
