Purpose: To work within a group to develop a client proposal and then pitch the proposal to the class – electronically.

Each group will be presented with a scenario.

Each group will research and create a client proposal and a class presentation based off of the proposal.

Use client proposal instruction sheet for guidance in what is expected in the proposal content.

Instructor evaluation sheet is available to view to prepare for the presentation part of this assignment.

Proposal (see Assignment PDF) = 50 points Proposal Design = 10 points Presentation evaluation = 25 points Peer review (audience evaluation) = 5

points Group member evaluation = 10 points

Group 1 = You are a small greeting card design company. You are pitching a new line of birthday cards to American Greetings.

Group 2 = You are a food photography business. You are pitching to the ABC Kitchen Restaurant in New York City. The restaurant needs photos of their food for television commercials, website, magazine layouts and their menu.

Group 3 = You are a medium sized sports broadcasting company. You are going to pitch to high school athletes to create their highlight reel for scouting.

proposal and presentation and is in charge of assigning other team members with research responsibilities

Lead member responsible to submit group proposal document and presentation files to VCT 2040 folder by deadline

Sales/Researcher/Presenter Lead in charge of budget numbers and cost analysis Lead in charge of WBS/timeline and analyzing proposed project
