Repair of rail track near GT#7R. (Existing GT running with liability, may need replacement. without rail repair the job can not be done)

Five additional anchor points for dragging of GTs of Unit#7 during urgency.

Foundation work for relocation of LAs (Total 9 nos) of K-Bhilai#1 and 2 and K- Korba West Line for erection work of new wave trap of these three lines. Foundation work for erection of new wave traps (6nos) are also required. This is stage#1 R & M activity. Vendor is asking for erection charges of wave trap. So uregency is there for foundation work of LAs and wave traps. Drawing available with Civil.

Completion of pending work of ST#1 GT foundation. Without that spare GT is lying in rail line and will obstruct movement of new GT due for delivery in Dec15.

Retaining wall of dewatering drain line near GT#3 rail track is to be carried out on urgent basis. Due to that some portion of earth under rail track near GT#3 got dislodged. It is unsafe for movement of GT.

Extension of transformer soak pit of Station transformer#5 to accommodate radiator of new spare transformer. New spare transformer is to be commissioned at ST#5 area to prove its performance.

Foundation for spare Tie Transformer in switchyard. At present spare transformer is standing on rail track obstructing movement of transformer in case of urgency/ or replacement. Rail track is sinking where spare transformer is lying.

Replacement of defective old gates of switchyard with motorized operated sliding type gates.

Relaying/ re build existing roads inside switchyard. (Approved note with civil maintenance)

New gravel filling in switchyard. (As per visit of GGM in switchyard and agenda point of BUH dash board).

Gravel filling/ gravel replacement in most of the transformers of the plant.

Fencing and flooring of spare cable yard in vaccant place in switchyard near bay#1.

Construction of new battery room in DM plant as existing room is in very bad shape and may collapse. approved note avaialble with civil since last 4/5 years.

Replacement of defective and not available pre cast slabs in switchyard. (Technical audit points pending since 2010-11)

HT/ LT motor maintenance shed/ room near the location of old auxiliary boiler. (Approved note available with civil). Without proper maintenance room it is very difficult to carry out overhauling and maintenance of motors creating obstruction in TG maintenance bay as per present practice. (old point)

3 5 nos. poking rod per crusher and 2 nos. poking rod per TP should be made available.4 Resource mapping of the contractors is to be done and to be submitted to MTP.5

For chute cleaning 4 nos hose pipe with nozzle should be made available in each crusher house.

Extension of skirt board is to be done. Clearance between skirt plate and belt to be maintained as 50mm.

It is to be ensured that at a single time only 2 nos. crushers are running as per the running stream.
