All Plain Colours and Woodgrains are available in HGP grade with the option of cost effective HGS grade for several designs. All Metallics are available in VGS grade. Matching ABS Döllken edging is available for all Altofina decorative laminates. HGS Standard grade laminates for flat panels that require either light duty (vertical) or heavyduty (horizontal) applications. HGP Post forming grade laminate for panels with curved profiles and edges that require either light duty (vertical) or heavyduty (horizontal) applications. VGS Standard grade laminate for flat panels that only require light duty (vertical) applications. Metallics and Gloss Metallic finishes are highly decorative and are really intended for internal vertical applications - the real metal face has the same qualities as a solid metal and is therefore more easily marked than plain colour or woodgrain laminates. Please note: some extra care is required when handling gloss and metallic surfaces. Protective Coating A protective film applied to all metallic and gloss laminates and the darker plain colours. When post forming it is advisable to remove this coating from the area being heat treated. BS / RAL Colours All plain colours have a corresponding BS and RAL number, these are the closest matches. Döllken Edging An ABS colour matched edging material.ABS is a more environmentally friendly version of PVC. ABS Döllken can be bonded to the edges of panels to colour match the decorative laminate panel surface. The panel edges also gain from the impact resistance that 2mm thick Döllken offers.
