OUR SECOND PLACEMENT SESSION…
We are happy to share that our second placement session results have outdone our previous success. But it is not surprising for someone inside RICS SBE. Right from the beginning, we were sure about our success. This is merely a proof to the outside world that what we say is what we do!
We owe our success to the unwavering support of the top 300 leading employers in the field of real estate, construction and infrastructure. Not only have we recorded 100% placements for our MBA students consecutively for two years; but have also gone global with many international placements this year.
The quality of talent produced at this specialized institution (and placed in the first placement session), has created a positive word of mouth in the industry. This year, the best brands in business fought their space to hire the best talent on day one.
We believe in preparing our students for lifelong success. We train them to act with integrity, honesty and responsibility at work and hence employers prefer to work with our students.
Our measure of success is based on how we matched student skills and aspirations with employer needs and not

A cohesive institutional effort has gone in to making second batch of placements even better than first year. A series of pre-placement activities began in August and concluded towards end November.
ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS WITH INDUSTRY MENTORS
• These sessions helped in mapping a student’s individual skill set with his/her career aspirations
• Students were asked to present what they learnt during summer internships and their work interest areas.
• An assessment of the individual strengths and weaknesses’ (via a SWOT analysis) was carried out as a starting point to their career roadmap
• Expert advice was given to augment strengths and working on the gap areas
SOFT SKILLS TRAINING BY IMAGE CONSULTANTS
• For budding management professionals coming out of a premier institution, soft skills play a critical role– especially to crack placement interviews
• We invited image consultants to hold training sessions where students were taught the importance of body language, civility, tone and how to overcome objections
• They were also made aware of self-image, corporate dressing, business etiquette, communication and presentation skills, selling skills, negotiation skills, closing skills, et al.
