Dear GOPAKUMAR,

Congratulations! You have successfully made it through our selection process for interns and

we are pleased to offer you an Internship with Intel Technology India Pvt. Ltd. (“Intel”). This

internship offer is made as per the specific request made by you and your educational

institution, namely, SSMC-B to help you get some practical training while you are still a

student at the said institution and is not intended to create any Employer-Employee

relationship or other elements of employment between you and Intel under any

circumstances.

If you are a foreign national or a non-permanent resident of India, please note that this offer

is made subject to the India Immigration Department approving your Visa authorization for

your internship with Intel Technology India Pvt. Ltd., and the issue of a US government export

license (if required).

You will be assigned to Manufacturing/Operations/Sales of Intel and will receive practical

training, by working on projects given to you from time to time. During your internship at

Intel you shall strictly observe and adhere to the rules, regulations, policies, instructions and

guidelines of Intel issued from time to time. You shall not undertake any other training or

assignment from or with any other company during your internship with Intel. Upon

commencement of your internship you shall be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement

with Intel.

The Job Location for your Internship would be India, Bangalore

Your internship will be from 04-Apr-18 to 01-Jun-18. In the event that your actual

commencement date is different from the above, the date recorded in Intel's HR System shall

be regarded as final. In case you fail to report by the due date, this offer shall automatically

be withdrawn and cancelled.

During the period of your internship at Intel you shall be paid a lump sum monthly stipend of

Rs. 60,000 subject to deduction of taxes as applicable. This stipend is paid by Intel

unilaterally merely to help you meet some of your expenses during the training period and is

not intended to represent any compensation for any work.

Please note that this internship offer does not and shall not in any manner constitute

employment or any guarantee of employment with Intel during, on completion of or at any

time after the internship.

Transfer Clause: Management reserves the right at any time to alter, change, reassign or

transfer you to other job positions (including from a management to non-management role,

non-shift to shift or vice versa) and/or assign additional responsibilities. This includes the

right to assign (temporarily or permanently) and/or transfer you into any company owned by

Intel Corporation, its subsidiaries and/or other Intel separate legal entities in any location.

You are required to work as you may be directed from time to time and you will be subjected

to transfer within the organization to any location at the absolute discretion of the

Management.

Intel reserves the right to terminate your internship at any time without notice, should you

fail to strictly observe and adhere to the rules, regulations, policies, instructions and guidelines

of Intel issued from time to time.

This offer is valid for 15 business days from the date stated above, after which we will

consider the offer null and void. Any changes you make to this offer letter without prior

agreement with your hiring manager will make the changes themselves null and void and will

not be enforceable. Kindly sign this letter and return the same (one set) to us signifying your

acceptance of our offer.
