SODA FOUNTAIN! EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Objective:The Soda fountain will sell hot and cold beverages as its primary products in addition to light snacks & confectionary items. The Soda Fountain will primarily focus on selling all types of CSDS, mock tails, tea and coffee. The USP of the fountain lies in its location which is central and cannot be missed by the average visitor of Port Grand. The other strength of the facility will heavily rely on the package and display of its products. It will definitely be done in an appealing manner to differ from any regular beverage serving facility.

SODA-FOUNTAIN! EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OPERATIONS PERFORMANCE:Keeping in view the unparalleled reputation of Port Grand as a facility with both, wide range of dining options and entertainment options, there is very little doubt that the fountain will not be able to achieve its desired targets.It is evident from the current trend and comparative results that with the increase in popularity of Port Grand we are optimistic that the footfall of the fiscal year of 2012/2013 will be showing an increasing trend. The total F&B revenues will also shown an increase when compared with the previous year while the departmental profit will also receive a boost over the same period

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Location & Concept Portrayal:The existing space is ideal for the placement of this facility as it caters to all sections of the complex, the central location of the fountain is its major USP. We intend to have this fountain operating from 5.00pm until midnight and the hours of operation can easily be revisited based on the kind of activities taking place in house. This is a major advantage of running the facility internally and gives us the added advantage of maximizing sales and eventually the profits. The concept is very simple and it is based on the fact that it will be an outlet that serves hot and cold beverages with a range of light snacks and confectionary items. The items are to be served and displayed in an appealing manner to make it a unique concept.

I feel that workable prices should be placed. The things offered would possibly need reprising after a while. Also the time till last order would cost in labor and preparation-in-front-ofcustomer. Let it not be said after a few months : It started off well but now the prices are very high and service not good after 11.00 pm Well thank. Im not saying no in that sense that its completely no. Your idea is good but I think you should introduce some more Italian dishes. Good idea...please also includes thin crust original Italian pizzas. Will this restaurant be within Marriot / PC or somewhere else? The price range seems to be a little on the higher side for a pasta place. Should not be more than Rs 600.00 + Taxes I would love to visit this restaurant and in my opinion Price range should be 500-700(including taxes) initially in order to capture major / bigger piece of pie of population.

Comment If u Know the Concept of Wagamama (Pasta) Would work very well. Please do take very good care of the atmosphere as well.There is many choices around but my choice will be on these 3 factors. 1-Value for Money .2 Environment, 3.Quality of Food Kindly use olive oil. Just that the Parmesan cheese has to be of superior quality to ensure we get the right taste. Its good effort to promote reputed organization hotels, Please also offer good promotional actives. Mostly people are hesitant The idea is very good. My only suggestion would be to add in some of the dishes vegetables such as sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, brocclies etc. it will create a range without adding too much to the cost. with best regards good luck Price should be reasonable. Cost will not be more than Rs.100, that too on the higher side. Pricing it 8 times the cost price is a bit too much. I feel the price slab is double of what it should be
