Pizza Dough This makes one thick or two thin crusts. Ingredients For making the dough
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup water (110-115 deg F)
1 packet active dry yeast (or 2 tsp) For making the pizza
1 tbsp corn meal
Toppings Instructions to make dough
1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl. 2. Knead by hand or mixer (with dough hook) for 5 minutes. 3. Place the dough in a well-greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled.
Instructions to make pizza
1. Preheat oven to 450 deg F. 2. Sprinkle work surface with corn meal. Turn dough out onto surface and press out to
desired shape and thickness. 3. Move dough to pan or screen. 4. Add toppings. 5. For thin crusts, bake 20 minutes. For thick crust, back 25-30 minutes. Time may vary by
oven and type of pan used.
