he original doughboy’s pizza restaurant founded in 1988, located in Bushkill Township on Route 512 in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania, is privately owned and

operated by the Zimmer family, who take great pride in their ownership and take special care to welcome all who enter the doors.

All food is prepared by the Zimmer family with ingredients of many herbs and special sauces to give the aroma of unique satisfaction.

Specializing in those dishes that please the appetite and light up the eyes of the customer.

The open kitchen is simmering with delicious Italian spices and fresh breads. All prepared fresh, salads, pastas and sandwiches brim with

savory chicken, beef and cheeses. The pizza is made to order with many choices available to the weekly visitors. Doughboy’s is the meeting place for friends to gather and enjoy great food at a reasonable price. Doughboy’s is noted for clean, casual atmosphere with many
