Transcript of Pitlochry Festival Theatre It's a Wonderful Life Menu
Menu
“ When a bell ring, y’ee - that’ when an angel get hi wing”
Clarence Oddbody Angel, Second Class
Director’s NotesA warm festive welcome to one and all!
You all know the story, right? A good and honest man spends years struggling to do the right thing (have you guessed who it is yet?). He questions everything, his life and the choices he has made (it’s me of course!). He concludes that it is a wasted life, but whilst teetering on the brink of oblivion, he is persuaded by an angel (PFT’s Commercial Director) that he has made a difference.
Now, my team of Chefs and I have created this menu to ensure we give the greatest gift of all – fantastic food! But only a series of clean plates will prove if we have achieved the happy ending we desire - and earned our wings, of course!
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for dining here with us tonight. Should you require any help or advice, please don’t hesitate to ask, our team of wonderful waiters will be delighted to assist in any which way they can!
Here’s to good friends and family. And the Theatre in the Hills.
Enjoy.
John Anderson, Catering Director
