Cost

• £2.00• My magazine will be released weekly so that I

can keep the reader keen and reading the magazines I produce.

• I decided to settle at the price of £2.00 because my target audience will mainly be students so they will not want to splash a lot of money out for a magazine. I think this is a suitable price.

Target Audience

• 15-25 Male and Female, mainly female as there will be more gossip in it about celebs, and girls generally prefer gossip.

• Students so they will be middle class.

Sample Article ideasRihanna has been busily posting not-so-cryptic messages to her Twitter account today, after it was revealed that Chris Brown had spent the weekend with ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran. And now it seems as if Karrueche has finally had her say on Brown's rekindled romance with RiRi...In a recent interview with Vibe magazine, Karrueche Tran gave a very honest interview regarding her love life - especially focusing on Chris Brown and his controversial reconciliation with the woman he famously assaulted, Rihanna. And yet, despite the fact that her and Chris Brown's romance did not work out, it seems as if Karrueche will always hold a special place for him in her heart.“At the end of the day, he will always be a friend. We’ll always care about each other. We won’t allow that to interfere. Our business is business.”“I do care about him and I do love him.”The interviewer went on to ask her if she was happy with her love life at the moment, to which she immediately scoffed: "Of course not!"“It’s a lot going on but it could be a lot worse… I’m not gonna sit and dwell and become consumed in that negativity because I could very much be that person, especially when things are so public and so thrown in my face.”However, despite all the tension between herself, Chris Brown and Rihanna, Karrueche didn't seem too keen on sitting down to discuss their problems together:“For everybody, emotionally, that would just be way too much. I’m a very mature person so if the time ever did come where we would need to sit down and talk, I’d do it. I’m a mature person. I can work it out but that would be a lot.”We guess that explains why, when she heard Rihanna was in the same club as her recently , Karrueche Tran beat a swift exit...

Interview with Rihanna

Kim Kardashian and her pal Jonathan Cheban got a nasty surprise yesterday in Miami when an overexcited paparazzo accidentally ran into the pair while trying to get a photograph of Kim and her baby bump.

“They were eating at Serafina and then heading to The Webster when Jonathan got hit by a paparazzi. He was heard saying, ‘She's pregnant. Watch the baby, Kim,'” says an insider who was present when everything went down. “You could tell they were both upset, particularly Jonathan. Kim is used to being followed by photographs, but since the baby announcement she has become the most photographed person in America.”

Kim was photographed trying on a lot of clothes, and picking out sizes that were larger than normal.

“As the birth of the baby gets closer and closer, we should all expect to see less of Kim out and about,” one friend reveals. “It is going to be safer for her and the baby to just stay home.”

Colour Scheme

I am using the colour yellow as my magazine is called ‘Zest’ which is like a lemon Zest, which is yellow. I think I will use this for the backgrounds of text and pictures.

I am using black because it is a bold colour, I think I will use this for most of the text and writing, it stands out and the magazine needs to draw peoples attention to it

I am using white because it is the opposite colour to black and is simple. I think I will use this in text on black backgrounds and as backgrounds.
