    the bike used no gas

    produced no emissions

    and caused no worries

    Current Motor has developed all electric scooters that will make you feel like a kid again.

    We shipped our first bike in January, have IP on the drawing board and have low break evenpoint of approximately 400 units / year in the $800M US scooter market.

    Oh BTW, the bike I wanted was a red Schwinn with a banana seat and high handle bars riddenby John Haviland.

    Our Solution is all electric motorcycles and motorscooters . . They of course use No gas.

    Our bikes have a small carbon foot print in fact they produce No emissions

    Unlike gas powered vehicles our bikes require little maintenance, no oil changes, no oiling a chain, no gunked upcarburetor Because we use a motor in the rear wheel, Current Motor bikes only have 2 moving parts and giveowners No Worries.

    Additionally . . .Our Bikes have the lowest Total Cost of Ownership taking into consideration, purchase price, maintenance, and fuel.Much lower than a car and about as expensive as a comparable gas scooter.

    They are easy to park in crowded urban environments. In Ann Arbor, scooters park for free at city lots and parkingstructures, there is always a parking spot. I was in San Francisco in the fall and saw a scooter parked on every blockin-between cars and at the end of blocks.

    And like my first bike, they are fun to ride. . .

    Current Motor started about 1 years ago designing our entry product is a maxi-scooter with its higher gross marginfor improved cash flow. We delivered our first customer bike in January and will quickly fulfill orders for our backlogof 8 bikes.

    Our first customer in Atlanta, is blogging about his experience and mentioned that he drove the bike last week in 23degF day . . he is having that much fun.

    We have also prototyped our moped class bike which we expect to bring the bike to market in the spring 2010 thisyear.

    Both of our products are in the price range for comparable gas scooters 4,000 8,000 for a maxi scooter, and 1,000- $4,500 for a moped.

    These charge times are based on a standard household product. If we use a 240V fast charge point, like the 13,000that are being built with $200M from the federal government, our charge time fall to 20 minutes.

    Our original goal is to focus on our home market the US, primarily because of the good fit between

    price and technology of the Current Motor Bikes with the customer needs.

    Imagine the gas savings if there were as many scooters sold in the US as in the rest of the world, and

    imagine the gas and emissions savings if there were as many Electric Scooters sold in the US as there

    are scooters sold in the rest of the world.

    Current Motor truly hopes to change the American transportation market . . . One Kid at a time.

    There are number of electric scooters on the market today. Unfortunately they have either poor

    performance, such as the X-Treme or are too expensive for decent to good performance (Vectrix,

    Zero, or Brammo).

    Current Motor Bikes have been developed to slot into the empty sweet-spot of best in class

    performance at a lower price point.

    Our long term goal is to develop a dealer network for several reasons:-Current Motor bikes are a capital purchase people will want to see touch and take for a spin-Customers require the SECURITY of nearby support and maintenance-Dealers understand the local market and know what events to attend, what clubs to sponsor, andwhere to promote the product

    We will partner with traditional scooter dealers and with a new class of retailers who sell nothingbut electrified vehicles and possibly Best Buy who is selling electric motorcycles in stores out west.

    Current Motor Co. is pursuing a 3 stage market entry.

    This we are going to sell to early adopters through internet marketing efforts and through our own

    dealership in Ann Arbor MI. Our goal is also to seed the dealer network pursuing 3-4 strategic

    markets such as Seattle, Portland, LA, San Francisco, and Miami, and work with channel partners.

    Phase 3 is really to build the dealer network and also to begin selling to new market segments, such 6

    Current Motor is really a system integrator. Our IP lies in the critical control systems that integrate the commodity

    components into a better vehicle.

    These components really improve the customers experience with Current Motor bikes:

    -The BMS increases battery life and decreases charge time

    -The BCU provides reverse, regenerative braking, a charge reserve, and onboard diagnostics.

    We are pursuing this strategy with 2 goals in mind;

    -quick to market to fill a market need

    -and to use real world experience to determine where to invest R&D resources.

    This strategy has already identified several ideas that we expect to develop and protect. Including technologies that

    will overcome several technical problems when using a hub motor.

    The team is made up of a strong mix of people with startup, engineering, brand marketing and scooter

    industry experience.

    One of the founders John Harding, sold Chinese imports for 2 years, really saw what does not work from a

    product and market perspective, and endeavored to build a better bike resulting in Current Motor Co.

    The real veteran of the team is Terry who began building electric VW's in the 1970s, then worked on threeelectric mini-van programs at Chrysler, and electric trucks in Spain with Tata.

    Our manufacturing and financial strategy is to really to create a low overhead cost structure, our

    breakeven volume is about 400 bikes / year.

    With this and based on our market entry strategy we expect to be CF negative in 2010, requiring

    another round of investment, and and profitability in 2011.

    Gut Check: Vectrix signed up 100 dealers in 2 years, and sold 3,000 very expensive electric bikes.

    And Genuine a gas scooter mfr that started in 2003 achieved sales of $35M in 2008, selling 20,000

    bikes.

    To date the founders have invested a total of $300K cash.

    We are looking to raise a $700k round NOW. To accelerate the companies growth focusing on

    management, marketing and product development.

    Having proven the market and achieved a number of milestones we will seek additional funding

    after the 2010 selling season to expand our market.

    There are 2 possible exit paths.

    Currently the Asian manuf. are focusing on inexpensive bikes and may want to expand their product

    /technology portfolio to better compete in the higher end markets, as well as purchase access to the

    US market.

    On the other hand a number of large scooter / motorcycle manufacturers are considering the

    electric space

    Recently Harley Davidson looked at purchasing Vectrix

    Current Motor wants every kid on the block to be proud to own an all electric scooter.

    No gas

    No emissions

    No worries will lead Current Motor into the Multi-Billion $ scooter market.

    We are ready to go; we have the product, we have revenue and we are looking for $500,000 to

    accelerate our progress.
