Similar magazines and Target Audience

Amplify is a rock/Indie magazine that is designed around teenager aged 16+. Having colour in a magazine can make or break it, the colours that I chose were thought about carefully and always referred back to the target audience. The colours that I have used are red, black and white, from the magazines that I have analysed all of them seem to use these colours. They also do not represent a specific gender so they are ideal for both genders.

Why my magazine will be successful

My magazine will be successful as I have thought about the target audience for every aspect ranging from colours to content.

Adding competitions and a low costing magazine is guaranteed to make it popular, especially teenagers are attracted to competitions and cut prices.

Including images if well known rock artists appeal to my target audience as they want to read the latest information about them.
