Scouting is a feeling. Scouting is
an experience. Scouting is the way
of our life. Giving opportunities to
the young minds of KVs to attend a
residential camp of 3 days duration
in an unknown camp site have
enabled them to become self-reliant
and adoptive.
It is the honour bestowed upon me
by the KVS RO Chennai to be the
LOC of the TSTC, 2011 (District
IV) . My heartfelt gratitude to one
and all (KVS RO, KV NTPC,
