It is a known fact that in order to secure specific employment, potential candidates are not always completely honest about the qualifications or grades they have achieved and may claim competencies and credentials they do not actually possess.

We verify educational achievements claimed by the potential candidates, from school qualifications to university degrees, by obtaining information directly from educational authorities including, but not limited to, small institutions to well-known universities across the world.

By referring directly to the awarding bodies, based on the verification outcome performed from the source, we will identify if any awarded degrees have been truly achieved or if the document has been forged or if it was obtained through so-called Diploma Mills that issue educational qualifications without any actual study being undertaken and often purely in return for a cash payment.

After all, appointing someone who is unqualified or who does not actually possess the appropriate standard of education they claim to have means that they will possibly be unable to fulfil the requirements of their role and therefore potentially affect the performance of both other employees and the organization’s reputation as a whole.

As part of the employee screening process, we confirm with the issuing government bodies or other agencies the status of all professional qualifications which includes the award date, the expiry date if applicable and any sanctions or limitations affecting the validity of the license or credentials of the candidate.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS VERIFICATION

As with qualifications, candidates may not always be totally honest about their employment history, wheth-er that be by embroidering the truth or actually lying about positions previously held or the duration of their employment.
