routertablesetupfortherightwidthanddepthyoucansimplyswingtheboardaroundtomakethesamecutontheopposingendANDotherboard.

• Makethesamecutsonbothpiecesbeforechangingbits/bladesordepth.• Remembermeasuretwiceandcutonce,beprecise.• Blowout(tearingofwoodfibers)canfrequentlyoccurwhencuttingacross

thegrainofthewood.Puttingapieceoftapeoverthebackofthecut(endofcut)canhelpreducetheseverityoftheblowout.Sandcutsclean.

Sandcleanwhenyouarefinishedwithall8endcuts.Usingaroutercreateagroovedowncenterofall4pieceswith1/8”bit-¼”D.Donotroutergrooveinstartingorending1”ofboard(youwillmakeapartialcutintothelapjoint).Thiscreatesthegapfortheplexiglass.
