Original Pina Colada

Pina Colada Dessert The concept of this dessert is to mimic the popular classic cocktail Pina Colada. The idea is to keep the original flavours of the pina colada but transform it into a dessert.

PINA COLADA This project aims at finding classic and traditional desserts and modernising them to fit in todays contemporary era. It was important when designing and developing this dessert to not take away from the original pina colada.

Some attempts sometimes did not quite go as planned.
