The Vaughan Enterprise Zone (VEZ), located in the western quadrant of the City, bordering Brampton, Toronto and Caledon, encompasses an area more than 1,120 hectares (2,767 acres).

Many of VEZ’s sites are large and contiguous parcels suitable for head offices, national logistics and distribution centres, and manufacturing operations.

CP Rail’s largest intermodal terminal on-site with handling capacity of more than 600,000 containers annually, offers direct non-stop connections to the Port of Vancouver.

Lester B. Pearson International Airport, Canada’s busiest passenger and cargo airport, is located within 10 minutes of the VEZ.

Direct highway connections to the Highway 401 trade corridors through Highways 407 and 427.

Planned 6 km extension of Highway 427 - environmental assessment has received provincial approvals.
