Physics is the science of matter and its motion, space-time and energy.

Physics describes many forms of energy - such as kinetic energy, electrical energy, and mass; and the way energy can change from one form to another. Everything surrounding to us is made of matter and Physics explains matter as combinations of fundamental particles which are interacting through fundamental forces. It will not be an exaggeration if it is said that Nature is almost Physics (apart from the fact that the word Physics itself is derived from Greek "physis" meaning nature).

Physics is all around us. We can find Physics as the backbone for any daily life example such as an electric light, electricity, the working of our vehicle, wristwatch, cell phone, CD player, radio, plasma TV set, computer, and - the list goes on.

When we walk or run, our motion is part of laws of mechanics and thermodynamics.

The refrigerator allows the modern family to keep food fresh for much longer than before.

The looping wire behind the refrigerator contains

CFC which starts out as a liquid. The pump pushes the CFC through a lot of coils in the freezer area. There the

chemical turns to a vapor. When it does, it soaks up some of the heat that may be in the freezer compartment. As it does this, the coils get colder and the freezer begins to get colder. In the regular part of your refrigerator, there are

fewer coils and a larger space. So, less heat is soaked up by the coils and the CFC vapor.

The pump then sucks the CFC as a vapor and forces it through thinner pipes which are on the outside of the refrigerator. By compressing it, the CFC turns back into a liquid and heat is given off and is absorbed by the air around it. That's why it might be a little warmer behind or under your refrigerator. Once the CFC passes through the outside coils, the liquid is ready to go back through the freezer and refrigerator over and over.

These days many of us our suffering eye defects. The major reason is the change in the focal length of the natural lens of human eye.Using the optics technology we have invented spectacles which re-adjust the focal length and we are able to see properly both near by and distant objects. The knowledge of optics help us in deciding the correct power and type of lens to be used

Reducing ResistanceFrame builders and designers have been working on creating more aerodynamically efficient designs. Some recent designs have concentrated on shifting from round tubes to oval or tear-shaped tubes. There is a delicate balancing act between maintaining a good strength-to-weight ratio while improving aerodynamic efficiency. Improvements to wheels have made perhaps the biggest impact. A standard spoked wheel has been described as an "egg beater," creating many small eddies as the tire rotates--creating drag. Disc wheels, while generally heavier than their spoked counterparts, produce less wind drag and turbulence when they spin.zzz

GRAVITY The obvious answer is that gravity helps to keep everything on the ground &

keeps planets and moon in their orbits

causes tides in the ocean

collects material to form planets and suns

powers the fusion processes in stars

provides potential energy to run turbines at power plants

lets things dall "down"

bends light

provides direction for seeds to grow "up“

helps you balance

lets pendulums keep time ………………………& many more…………………..

It works under flurocence principle, it consist of two filaments at two ends of the tube and its wall is coated with phosporous (a flurocent material) and the tube will be evacuated with a trace of mercury vapour(for white colour, carbon di oxide for green, neon for red colour, etc)when the supply is on, first the stator with less air gap get discharged providing high voltage for instance high enough to ionise the air inside the tube which makes the filament to emit electrons which when stricks the posporous coted on the wall it starts giving light.

The beauty of ceiling fans is that they do not actually reduce the temperature of the room, unlike the air conditioner, but due to the circulation and wind motion they result in surface cooling and give a breezy feeling.

There was the revolution of electricity which led to automation of a lot of daily household utilities. Electricity was used to empower the fan motors and due to the scientific design of fan blades we get the breeze a man made phenomenon similar to wind creation. The fan blades create a draught and as you know the warmer air goes up and when that air is pushed down with a force, we get better air circulation.

Speaker's Vocal ChordsWhen we speak Audible Sound Waves are produced that propagate toward the phones microphone.Microphone / TransducerThe microphone will respond to the sound waves and convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. This is typically through the reverse mechanics of a speaker. In this case, the cone shaped "floating" mechanical piece reacts to the sound waves of the person speaking into the phone. This creates an oscillating motion that moves a electrical coil around a magnetic field. This produces oscillating electrical voltage/current in proportion to the speed that the microphone oscillates. At the output of the microphone is a sinusoidal electrical wave form.Analog to Digital Converter (A-D Converter)A modem is used to convert analog signals to digital signals.with Digital you can have Spread Spectrum and increased security. ReceiverThe person being called picks up their receiver when their phone rings and the process reverses itself.

!!!!With rising fuel costs, concerns about global warming and the growing demand from the developing world, the

burning question is whether the world needs nuclear power.!!!!

Fissionable material (usually Uranium-235) is used in the core of the reactor. The material is bombarded with Neutrons so that the atoms within the Uranium split, releasing alot of energy (as heat) and also each 'fission' releases either 2 or 3 more Neutrons; this results in a chain reaction i.e. the process is continuous.

Boron or Graphite rods can be inserted or removed from the core to control the amount of free Neutrons within the reactor - this keeps the chain reaction under control.

The heat released is used to heat water which in turn changes to super heated steam, which is then used to turn the turbines, which produce electricity.

INTERNET in layman language is nothing but a group of data which are invisible in nature but can be seen on computers.

Well actually it is true…Internet is a grid of digital and analog signals which are modulated and Demodulated into each other using a MO-DEM.

Internet come to our home in the form of analog signal which is modulated to digital signals by the MODEM, so that our computer could understand it.

Internet come under WAVE mechanics because internet is motion of data in the form of waves…..

Using the phenomena known as Peltier's Effect, it can be inferred that if there be a junction of two conductors joined together, then it absorbs heat on passing current through it. Therefore, it can cool its surrounding region. Thus, it can be used in a refrigerator. There is no noise as no motors are run. It is also safer as the regular refrigerators cause damage to the ozone layer by releasing harmful gases.
