LESSONS!

Please make sure that you arrive in time to startthe lesson promptly. Late arrivals disrupt the

lesson and also increase the risk of injuries etcbecause the students are missing the warm up.

The lesson in Swanmore on Thursdays (6pm-7.30pm) is open to any one who is a green belt or

over. At these lessons we cover the gradingsyllabus for these more senior grades, so anyone

who wishes to grade for blue tag or above should

ensure that they come to as many of theThursday sessions as possible.

own items. We have found Kwon to be a reliable supplier and their products are of good
