• The theme I have decided on is ‘Introspection’

• Introspection is the examination of one’s own thoughts and feelings and relies on the observation of one’s mental state

• This relates to the theme of identity in that you are the only person who can really define your identity. Finding yourself and your identity is done through self-reflection on your own thoughts and actions. In my portfolio I aim to capture this idea of reflection metaphorically using mirrors, water and other objects which reflect and portray how it can affect people.
