(PG) CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT – CRM (major enhancement in & old “Buyer Enquiry/Complaint” module) This module has been renamed and made it more powerful. Now this covers most of the important features of CRM Software. In this module now one can enter Buyer’s Meetings details / Follow-up’s entries / Enquiries and Complaints with Action Taken date and details. This is also facilitated with Alert button to raise reminder after days fixed by user. Also the user can mark the status i.e Close /Pending / Cancelled for his convenience. User can also add 5 files in (doc/xls/jpg/pdf or any other format) against each transaction for reference.
