Retrofit Opportunity No. 33 General Observations: • Site locate off Woodcrest Road • Site vegetated with manicured grass, some tall native grasses on overbanks, and native

trees along ditch channel • Ditch channel lined with asphalt and rip-rap • Based on discussion with resident, spill berm constructed recently due to flooding on

townhouse subdivision. Note that his property is now on the floodplain due to the construction of this berm

• Slopes to the east (residential lots) fairly steep but other are fairly gentle • Good candidate for water quality retrofit due to existing impervious channel and existing

Retrofit Opportunity No. 35 General Observations: • Access to site from Bayview Drive • Site located between two (2) commercial / industrial lots and natural area to the east • Site located just downstream of online quantity facility • Outlet structure consists of a weir configuration. Unable to confirm low flow functionality • Pool of water forms just upstream of weir • Existing retaining wall at risk of collapse • Site is sloped gently on its current state (3:1) • A couple of mature trees on site, other vegetation is native • Examine possibility of retrofitting upstream quantity facility. Much larger area to work
