Mark began his 12th season as Owner, Vice President and General Manager of the LondonKnights Hockey Club. However, a�er his brother, Dale, was selected as the new Head Coach ofthe Washington Capitals, Mark immediately stepped into the role of Head Coach of the team aswell. Mark currently oversees all daily business and hockey opera�ons of the London Knights, inaddi�on to his head coaching responsibili�es.

Since taking over the London Knights in 2000, Mark has made a major impact on theorganiza�on. Under Mark’s guidance, the Knights have led the OHL in a�endance for sevenconsecu�ve seasons. In 2003, Mark was recognized for his efforts being awarded with theCanadian Hockey League Execu�ve of the Year Award. Mark is also responsible for developingthe London Knights Charitable Founda�on, which has donated over one million dollars to localchari�es since May 2000. Mark is also a member of the OHL Compe��ons Commi�ee and playsa key role in providing feedback for rules, style of play, officia�ng and off ice seminars.

On the ice, Mark has made a significant impact as well. Mark has dra�ed, developed, andtraded for many talented players during his �me with the Knights. Several of his players havebeen selected with the 1st overall dra� pick in the NHL Entry Dra�, including Rick Nash (1st

overall, 2002), Patrick Kane (1st overall, 2007), and John Taveras (1st overall, 2009). In addi�on,former London Knight, Corey Perry, was awarded with the NHL Hart Trophy as league MostValuable Player for the 2010 2011 season.

Dra�ed in the First Round of the1981 NHL Entry Dra� by the Montreal Canadiens, Mark played12 seasons in the NHL, winning a Stanley Cup with the Calgary Flames in 1989. Along withMontreal and Calgary, Mark also suited up for the St. Louis Blues, Har�ord Whalers, andWashington Capitals during his �me in the NHL.

Dale began his 12th season as the Owner, President, and Head Coach of the London KnightsHockey Club. On November 28, 2011, Dale was named the new Head Coach of the WashingtonCapitals, stepping down as Head Coach of the Knights. Currently, Dale is still very involved inthe organization, holding the positions of Team President and Owner.

While Head Coach of the London Knights, Dale compiled an overall record of 451 189 23 24. Todate, he has the best Winning Percentage in the history of the OHL at .691. Dale also becamethe fastest coach in the history of the OHL to reach both the 300 and 400 win plateau. Duringthe 2003 2004 season, Dale was named the CHL Coach of the Year. The next season, the Knightswon their 1st Memorial Cup Championship, compiling an overall record of 59 7 2 0, settingnumerous CHL records in the process. During his time as coach of the London Knights, the teamwon 50 or more games three times and finished 1st in the OHL four times.

Prior to purchasing the London Knights, Dale served as Director of Player Development for theWashington Capitals in 1999 2000. As a player, Dale spent 19 seasons in the National HockeyLeague suiting up for the Quebec Nordiques, Washington Capitals and Colorado Avalanche. His# 32 was retired by the Washington Capitals in March of 2000. Hunter is a graduate of the OHL,having played for both the Kitchener Rangers and Sudbury Wolves.

Dylan Hunter is currently in his 1st year as an Assistant Coach with the London Knights HockeyClub. Prior to joining the Knights coaching staff, Dylan played five years of professional hockeyin the AHL and ECHL. During his time as a professional, Dylan played over 300 games collecting60 goals, 115 assists and 175 points to go along with 225 PIM.

Prior to his career as a professional, Dylan was a member of the London Knights from 2001 2006where he played in 315 games, setting the franchise record for number of games played. Duringhis time as a Knight, Dylan scored 106 goals, while adding 263 assists to go along with 240 PIM.Dylan was an instrumental part of the team’s 2005 Memorial Cup Championship, playing on aline with Rob Schremp and David Bolland. Dylan was named captain of the Knights for the 20052006 season. In 2004, Dylan was drafted in the 9th Round (273rd overall) of the NHL Entry Draftby the Buffalo Sabres.

In his role as Assistant Coach, Dylan is responsible for assisting Head Coach Mark Hunter and theLondon Knights coaching staff with all aspects of on and off ice development of the LondonKnights players. Dylan focuses on working with the forwards, the development of the youngdraft picks and prospects within the system, skills/player development, video pre scout andanalysis, practice planning, and game strategy.

Rob Ramage: Assistant Coach

Rob Ramage is currently in his 1st season as Assistant Coach with the London Knights. Afterthe mid season departure of Dale Hunter to the Washington Capitals, Ramage stepped in tosolidify the Knights coaching staff and take control of the defenseman. Prior to his workwith the Knights, Ramage worked as a broker for A.G. Edwards for 14 years and for theSt. Louis Blues during the 2009 2010 season as a Development Coach.

Ramage, a London, Ontario native, played three seasons with the Knights recording 44goals and 136 assists for a total of 180 points. During the 1977 1978 season, Ramagereceived the Max Kaminsky Trophy as Top Defenseman in the OHL. His number fivejersey was retired by the Knights and now hangs in the rafters at the John Labatt Centre.

Ramage was the 1st overall pick by the Colorado Rockies in the 1979 NHL Entry Draft.During his NHL career, Ramage won two Stanley Cups (with the Calgary Flames in 1989, andwith the Montreal Canadiens in 1993) and made four all star appearances in the process.Ramage was also captain of the Colorado Rockies from 1981 1982, as well as the TorontoMaple Leafs from 1989 1991. He played in a total of 1044 games during his career for8 different teams, tallying 139 goals and 425 assists.

Ramage’s son, John, is a prospect in the Calgary Flames organization and is currently playingat the Collegiate level for the Wisconsin Badgers. John won Gold at the 2010 U20 WorldJunior Hockey Championships with Team USA and was named Captain of the team thefollowing year for the 2011 U20 World Junior Hockey Championships.
