Guest PolicyThere is a two-guest limit per company. The guest fee is $50.00 per person. Guests must register with their buyer. While on the show floor, guests must wear their badges and remain with their buyer at all times. Guests should not handle merchandise or question sales personnel.
On-Site RegistrationOn-site Buyer Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. daily. On-site Buyer Registration closes at 3:00 p.m. Saturday. Attendees registering at the show site must provide EACH of the following: (There are no exceptions)
Mandatory Personal photo I.D. of primary buyer, signature, copy of state sales tax reporting license (for industry related business) or tax exempt certificate (churches, hospital, schools).
Company IdentificationYou must present a copy of at least ONE of any of the following:
City business license • U.S. Federal I.D. number • Company check • Credit card in company’s name • Exhibiting company’s purchase order • Three or more recent invoices from giftware industry • manufacturers for merchandise purchased at wholesale and in quantity Yellow Pages business listing • Store or commercial lease with the type of business indicated • on the document Photograph of your store front •
Manufacturers’ representatives (multi-line only) must provide a list of lines currently being handled including their contact information.
Wholesalers, importers, and exporters must provide samples of brochures or catalogs that demonstrate current product selection and inventory.
Employee IdentificationYou must present a copy of at least ONE of any of the following for each attending employee:
W-2 form Permanent employee I.D. Cancelled company payroll check or paycheck stub Company insurance card Company credit card with both employee and company name Business cards are NOT accepted as credentials OASIS, Inc. reserves the right to request additional business identification if deemed necessary or to deny access to the show.

WheelchairsWheelchairs and scooters are available at the bag check in the registration area. Wheelchairs are complimentary and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Scooters are available to those who have made reservations in advance through MED-EQUIP Home Health, Inc. (602-971-7809).
Important Show Policies
Childcare is not available. • For safety reasons, infants and children under 14 • are not permitted and childcare is not provided. Infants under six months in front packs are the only exception. Strollers are not permitted on the show floor. Please make prior arrangements; contact a local nanny service or your hotel concierge for childcare options.The Phoenix Convention Center is a smoke-free • environment.No photography or video is allowed without • permission from the exhibitor or show management.Management reserves the right to refuse show • admittance.No outside food or beverage allowed in the facility.• No pets allowed. Only service animals are permitted • to accompany individuals with disabilities.No wheeled cases larger than 22”x14”x9” are • permitted on the show floor.This is a professional trade show and is not open to • the public.The release of product is permitted for this show. • In addition to presenting a badge, buyers and • exhibitors may be required to show photo identification at any time.

Non-Authentic Indian Arts and Crafts
One or more exhibitors at the OASIS trade show may exhibit or sell “Non-authentic Indian Arts and Crafts” as defined in A.R.S. 44-1231 (The Arizona Act) or products that are not “Indian produced” within the meaning of USC 305(e) (The “Federal Act”). Neither OASIS, KKT Event Management, its members, exhibitors, directors, officers, employees or agents make any representation, warranty, or suggestion of any kind either expressed or implied that any of the goods, products, works of art, or crafts offered or displayed at, or in connection with, the OASIS trade show are authentic Indian arts and crafts within the meaning of the Arizona Act or are Indian produced, an Indian product, or the product of a particular Indian tribe or Indian arts and crafts organization, resident within the United States, within the meaning of the Federal Act. Each purchaser or prospective purchaser of any item or product offered or sold by any exhibitor at the OASIS Gift Show is hereby advised that OASIS does not attempt to determine whether any products or goods exhibited at the show constitute authentic Indian arts and crafts or are produced by Indians for purposes of either the Federal Act or the State Act.
