Elements of the Pangasinan Provincial Office- PDEA RO1 proceeded at the the City plaza of Dagupan and witnessed the State of the City Address (SOCA) of Mayor Belen T. Fernandez.

Present during the said activity were representatives from DILG, LGU, DOJ, DepEd, AFP, PNP, different organization and the City of Dagupan and residents of City of Dagupan, Pangasinan. She presented to the public her accomplishment as City Mayor since 2013 to present.

clearing under DDB Regulation No. 3 Series 2017 during the Weekly Oversight Committee Assessment on the

Project Double Barrel Alpha: Reloaded and Enhance Management on Internal Cleansing of the PNP last April 10,

2017 at 1:00 pm and subsequently presided the Intelligence and Validation Workshop on the Drug Personality.

PROVINCIAL OVERSIGHT SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING April 12, 2017

Ilocos Norte Police Provincial Office located at Camp Capt Valentin S Juan, Brgy. 7-B, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.

The meeting was opened with a prayer followed by acknowledgement of participants made by Agent Lanibelle C Ancheta, Provincial Officer, PDEA Ilocos Norte and Chairman of the Oversight Sub-Committee. With her were: DIR Reggie S Colisao, Provincial Director, DILG Ilocos Norte; PSupt Randolph P Beniat, DPDO, INPPO; and Mr. Ariston P Ruiz, a representative from DOH Ilocos Norte)

Agent Lanibelle C Ancheta presented and discussed the concept of Barangay Drug

The Flow Chart on Barangay Drug Clearing Requirements were also tackled and issues and concerns were properly addressed.

La Union Provincial Office conducted a meeting and courtesy call with Ms Loida Tantiado, Officer-in-charge of the Department of Health in the province of La Union.

Topics discussed were the establishment of the Regional and Provincial Oversight Committee under Dangerous Drugs Board regulation No 3, series of 2017 with subject Strengthening of the implementation of Barangay drug clearing program, Duties and functions of the Oversight Committee, tentative schedule of the first Oversight Committee conference

The Saturday event was highlighted by the presence of the PDEA Director General ISIDRO S. LAPEÑA, who served as the the Guest of Honor & Speaker. He directly tackled the importance of Drug Clearing its background on how it came about and plan of piloting projects on Barangays San Jose & San Vicente of the City. Beforehand, PSUPT Neil O. Miro, acting Chief of Police of the City gave precedence on the city’s drug situation and current operational thrust. Hon. Amadeo Gregorio E. Perez IV, City Mayor personalized his message the Barangay Chairmen and local officials present and assured the full backing of Urdaneta in any projects that would benefit communities. Bismarck L. Bengwayan of this Office also presented the successful story of drug clearing Dona Trining, Barangay Camantiles Urdaneta City which was formerly known for its drug dens. Reinforcing the Agency’s mission, the above signed diligently tackled Barangay Drug Clearing its updates, requirements and priority to finally address the drug scourge in the country.
