Phil Campbell

My volunteering role is helping out at the badminton session. They are a good set of people so i am happy to help out.

My main responsibilities are helping out and making people feel comfortable. I believe everybody can learn different skills from each other and sometimes you have to try to play at a level where some people can just ease themselves into situations with the badminton and their confidence.

Having alcohol problems in the past, when Having alcohol problems in the past, when you stop drinking you have no confidence, but as the months went by my confidence increased to the stage were i felt i could encourage others at the group. Volunteering helps me because i like to share stories about my own experiences.
