2. Searching resources

Two sorts of data that could be searched:

1. Metadata - allows finding what data a site holds.

2. Data - allows analysis of phenotype data acrosssites. A global mouse phenotype datasource.

Simple API to publish data to external applications

More complex API for high-throughput applications
