according to topic and then we will make surveys.

• Format Guidelines: The synopsis and thesis are formatted in the

formats as prescribed by the university.

• Course Eligibility: First eligibility criteria for PhD Course and

Entrance Exams observed, as per rule by Sep 2009 India

Govt., compulsory Entrance Exam.

• Entrance Exam: After check eligibility, entrance exam forms filled

and submitted with required documents in the university. Entrance

examination held by University.

• Entrance Result: After 15-30 days, result announced and

simultaneously University provide examination qualification and

invites applications for the admission with the originals and photo

copy of the academic documents.

• Documents for Admission: After successfully

entrance examination qualified by the candidate,

university admission process starts.

• Final Admission & Fee Deposit: University

admission followed by the verification of all the

documents and deposit required fee. After all

process, candidate get admission in University.

University Admission Level 2:




• Topic Search: First we take feedback from candidate’s

interest for the research field, than we carefully observe,

analyze and expert’s view the subjects that candidate

studied in his Master or in previous studies.

• Topic Create: After getting every angle, we create 3-4

topics with brief in relevant to the candidate’s interests.

• Topic Selection: Then those all topics send to candidate

for selection of one topic on which he wants to start his

research in PhD. After selection, we proceed accordingly.

Level 3:


• Guide Search out: We find out guide from University’s

registered list, if unavailable than search out another

universities and send them proposal to guide appointment.

• Guide Appointment: From Guide, we fetch his all required

document’s required by our University and then register him as

a registered guide of the university faculty, from which

candidate is pursuing PhD.

• Guide Coordination: After appoint him as a guide of that

candidate simultaneously start coordination between guide and

candidate.

Level 4:


• Synopsis Preparation: Our Research team help to prepare

synopsis (research proposal) according to topic. The synopsis is

prepared in the format of university’s guidelines. The synopsis is

about 25-30 pages in hard & soft copies.

• Synopsis Presentation: University research section head check

presentation. After seen presentation than synopsis send to RDC

for approval. RDC board check synopsis (research proposal)

thoroughly.

• Synopsis Verbal Approval: After presentation and RDC board

opinion, if they satisfied, after then only get verbal approval and

confirmation call for interview.

Level 5:


• Call for Meeting: After the synopsis being submitted to

the university then Candidate and guide/co-guides are

called for RDC Meeting.

• Interview by Experts: In RDC meeting, the candidate is

interviewed by the experts.

• Permission to Start Research: After again synopsis

(research proposal) presentation and if successfully

completed interview section, then University allow to

start research and to prepare thesis.

Level 6:


• Classes: For all Candidate need to attend Course Work

Classes (15/30/60 days) at University Campus.• Course Work Syllabus:

1. Research Methodology 2. Computer Application 3. Quantitative Method 4. Reviewing of Published Research in the Relevant Field

• Exam: After completion of Course Work, candidate need to

give examination and must get Pass Marks.

Level 7:


• Publication Requirement: 2 to 4 publications are

required by the University. In which 2 publication based

on National Journal and other 2 based on International.

• Publication Submission: We submit 5-6 candidate’s

article to the research publisher as per University

guidelines or having good Global Impact Factor.

• Publisher Approval: After get approval, publisher publish

research article with candidate, guide and University

details. That publication paper & certificate submitted in

University.



Publication – National & InternationalLevel 8:


• Seminar Requirement: University required 2 to 4 seminars

National & International. Candidates will choose their seminar at

the end of the first year or second year nationally and

internationally.

• Seminar Attendance: In seminar their are chances that a large

proportion of your face-to-face interaction with other candidates.

They belong to similar field and start the study to deepen their

knowledge of specialized field.

• Seminar Benefits: In the seminar candidates who are interested

in the common specialized field are using friendly competition

and ideas to make themselves study hard with a specialist.

Level 9:


• Thesis Preparation: Our Research team help to prepare thesis/project

with candidate & guide guidance according to topic and synopsis, take

feed back from Candidate, Guide, Co-Guide, University guidelines to

prepare strictly according to university’s guidelines, contain about 300

pages in hard and soft copies.

• Thesis Final Draft: The thesis/project final draft & presentation send to

the University for observing it and get verbal approval, if any suggestion

they wants to add then we follow accordingly.

• Thesis Presentation & Verbal Approval: University research section

head check presentation. After seen presentation than send to RDC board

for approval. RDC board check thesis/project (research work) thoroughly.

If they satisfied, then only get verbal approval and confirmation call for

Viva interview.

Level 10:


• Final Presentation & Interview: In this phase

candidates again give presentation of thesis/project

before the Research Development Committee

(RDC members) and their guide/co-guides

simultaneously asked some questions based on

their research.

• Research Approval: After successfully

presentation, thesis/project submitted to the

university for final approval.

Level 11:


• Final Suggestions: After viva phase completion the

Thesis are being judged from all criteria by the

University, if any suggestions persist in candidate’s

research such as low uniqueness, drafting (as per

university guidelines), some times are given to the

candidate for correct these problems.

• Completion Certificate: If no any problem with the

thesis then Thesis is submitted and provide Research

Completion Certificate to the candidate.
