• Deferred officers do not count toward selection requirements.

• Do not compare with those presently under consideration.

•Limit the review to material changes since the original selection. Examples of “Material Changes” provided in DA Memo 600-2 are:

a. Record of punishment under UCMJ b. Letter of Reprimand c. Relief for Cause d. Marked decline in performance or potential
