Phaidon International provides the central structure that supports 8 specialist recruitment firms.

Our brands are united by a common purpose - to demonstrate the ultimate understanding of the industry sectors we serve,

enabling us to lead the herd rather than follow it.

Since inception our business rationale has been to anticipate and then serve the industry sectors which depend upon and value

rare talent. Once our CEO validated this concept, he has harnessed our working capital, proven reputation and culture to develop

additional niche brands that serve complementary sectors.

Today we are proud to deliver excellence to clients across 58 countries through 8 niche brands, who have won over 35 independent

awards, and we will continue to expand both technically and geographically as we identify further market opportunities.

We currently employ 200+ consultants, operating out of several global offices, and have plans to expand our reach to provide

specialist recruitment services in a further 3 international locations over the next 12 months.
