Video Visit using iPhone or iPad

Pexip Infinity Connect App Download and Setup

Locate and open your email invite. Subject = Video eVisit Invitation Sender = do-not-reply-otninvite

• Allow access to your calendar, camera, and microphone (the microphone promptwillappearwhenyoujoinyourfirstvideovisit).

• In the Welcome screen, enter your name and tap OK.

Tap the iPhone/iPad link to go to the App Store

Download, install, and open thePexipInfinityConnectapp

If you will use a headset, tap the speaker icon and switch to the headset icon.

Your setup is complete.

Open your email invite and tap the Start eVisit button.

You will see a Waiting for the host screen until the host joins.

Joining Your Video Visit

You can join the video visit on its scheduled date and time. All you need is your invitation email.

Tap Open my eVisit event.

If you will use a headset, tap the icon and switch to the icon.

To join, tap Video .

Using the Video Screen

While in a video visit, tap the screen to view a control bar.

For the best view, use your device in a horizontal position.
