WORKSHOPS

We are obviously the best placed to restore cars produced by our makes.

Up to the present, apart from some very rare exceptions, our restoration workshops wereused exclusively by the L’Aventure Peugeot Museum, the Citroën Conservatoire andL’Aventure Automobile in Poissy. Now, in Sochaux and Aulnay-sous-Bois, our services areavailable to collectors who wish to take advantage of advice, routine maintenance, repairs or the complete restoration of their vehicle.

In our workshops volunteers who have retired from our factories, often collectorsthemselves, who have vast experience of our models work alongside salaried staffselected for their expertise and young apprentices who are being trained to be able topreserve the history of all the makes of the Groupe PSA.

We have also set up a number of external partnerships with a network of professionalsoutside The Museum who we help in their training of future restoration specialists. We’realso extending this scheme to the “Grandes Ecoles” and other schools.

On the initiative of the association “des Voitures et des Hommes” and with our supportthe ENSAM of Cluny (Burgundy) and the Château d’Epluches Lycee (near Paris) areworking together on the reconstruction of a replica of the famous Golden Scarab that waspart of the “Croisières Citroën.” It has been presented in 2019 for the celebrations of themake’s centenary.
