A dedicated team of over 70 people, of which allemployer advisors are issued from the private sector,split into business sector units. Each employer hasthus a dedicated advisor specialized in his businesssector.

• Pro-active solutions proposals in order to help employers find the best possible candidate
• Ensure a thorough and efficient treatment of every job offer
• Carry out a pertinent pre-selection of jobseekersand improve the quality of summons.

• Concrete action plan over 3 years
• Main objectif: increasing the number of registered jobseekers who are successfully integrated into the labourmarket by 5 000 over the three-year period of the partnership agreement.

• Establishment of bilateral cooperation agreements aim to improve the way the PES works with employers and provide a structured format for cooperation.

• Label can be used by employers in their Corporate Social Responsibility communications and acts as an incentive for other companies to get involved. If employers do not comply with the bilateral cooperation agreement, the PES can withdraw the label. None have been cancelled to date.
• Employers commit to invite pre-selected jobseekers for an interview and to give clear feedback on their employability
• A first cooperation agreement with FEMO employer federation where board members (Business owners) of the federation assists in the pre-selection of the candidates - > labeling of suitable candidates for their members/sector

with their business license from Ministry of Economy
• Head/Deputy head of employer services are member of governmental commissions that grants financial aids for R&D and investments -> allows to forecast hiring projects and to be in contact with employers who intent to hire at a very early stage

The role of the “one-stop shop” • Become the entrepreneurship centre• Help creating new businesses and attract them• Become the priviledged partner for futur entrepreneurs.
ADEM’s role• Listen to and be a real partner with the HOE• Contact companies that wish to settle in Luxembourg as
soon as this information is known• Propose solutions and be a partner during their
recruitment process -> HR PACKAGE • Explain how ADEM can assist them as a partner for all
their recruitment needs.
• Regular (every 2-3 months) meetings with UEL ( Union des entreprises du Luxembourg) and employer federations to review and discuss key indicators and define common actions and priorities
• Head/Deputy head of employer services are member of commissions of Ministry of foreign affairs stating on work permits for third part countries nationals - > explain and defend employers needs
• Agreement with new Space Agency for all topics regarding HR and Talent Attraction
• Currently establishing partnerships for electronic exchange of job offers with all majors Jobboards in Luxembourg -> just a few clicks to declare the job at ADEM.
