Challenges

• Scale and Pace – notionally signed up without understanding the requirement and the need to allocate sufficient resources medium/longer term

• Language used causes barriers to integration• Leadership within the systems need to be fully

committed to change the culture

Challenges• Integrated systems as well as budgets to

create a single Personal Budget• Risk Management – from a clinical and

safeguarding perspective• Understanding the flow of funding around the

systems• Developing the Health Providers to be able to

respond to recipients

• Refuting the expectation that current support systems will remain
