The aim of this portfolio is to break down the various parts of the process of seeking out knowldge, making sense of it, and sharing it using tools for digital knowldge managment. It steps through the

process of research, reading, evaluating and analysis of material and constructing informed arguments and presenting the results in a variety of formats in a way that helps us to understand the process and

develops practical skills of research, analysis and writing in the digital age

The length should be 18-30 pages and must include the items listed below in the "minimum required" column. Each portfolio will be marked on the basis of the required items, and the "best of the rest" with portfolios showing a greater

range of items earning higer grades. This will ensure a degree of common ground along with flexibilty to recognise individual strengths. A key theme is that this work uses a range of different digital tools
