• The idea or image of a specific product or service that

consumers connect with, by identifying the name, logo,

slogan, or design of the company who owns the idea or image

• Connection

How does this apply to you?

• Basic skills: time management, report writing and research skills are all

valuable attributes you can offer a potential employer but sadly this isn’t

always enough!

• Put yourself in the employer’s shoes; if you were them, would you

employ you?

• Great skill: ability to envisage what it is people want from you and it is

up to you to meet this basic criteria.
