Epsom Local Office Epsom Town Hall The Parade Epsom Surrey KT18 5BY Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to you to request permission for educational purposes as A2 Media students of St Andrew’s Catholic School to film at certain locations within the Surrey area. The filming dates will be on Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th November 2016 and we would like to be able to film all day. The footage we film will only be used for educational purposes for our A-Level Media coursework, which is filming a Fictional Soap Opera trailer.

The locations we wish to film in are:

The Rising Sun pub Rosebery park, St. Andrew’s School, Leatherhead Epsom cemetery.

We would like to make you aware that while filming in these locations no harm will be caused to the environment or pedestrians around us. As the locations we have decided to film in are quiet streets and not busy roads, we wouldn’t cause any issues with the public or public services.

Our actors and actresses will be sensibly behaved and professional as we are representatives of our school and will oversee them at all times.

Therefore, we would be grateful for permission to film at the locations and on the dates above.
