Oralherpesmedication(Acyclovirtablets)areavailablewithaprescriptionfromyourDoctorandwillcontroltheriskofoutbreaksalmostcompletely.PermanentMakeupdoesnotcausecoldsoresbutifyouareacarrierofthevirusandhavehadoutbreaksinthepast,thetraumaoftheinfusionprocessmaytriggeranoutbreak.IPLandlaserproceduresaroundthemouthshouldbeperformednolessthan2weeksbeforeyourlipprocedure.Waxingandbleachingtreatmentsaroundthemouthshouldbeperformednolessthan2weeksbeforeyourlipprocedure.Electrolysisproceduresaroundthemouthshouldbeperformednolessthan2weeksbeforeyourlipprocedure.Dermalfillerproceduresinthelipsshouldbeperformednolessthan2weeksbeforeyourlipprocedure.
