PERISTALTIC METERING PUMPS SINCE 1957
WHY STENNER PERISTALTIC METERING PUMPS?
RELIABLE & REPEATABLE INJECTION
Stenner’s self-priming pumps provide
accurate dosing and output
reproducibility within 2%. The pump
head has a 3-point roller design that
acts like a check valve to help prevent
backflow, siphoning, overdosing and
loss of prime.
PRACTICAL DESIGN
Solutions are contained in the pump
tube without exposure to air or the
moving parts. The pump can run dry
without damage and prime when the
tank is re-filled. Check valves are not
needed in the pump head.
UNIQUE TUBE REPLACEMENT
Stenner’s QuickPro® pump line and the
Econ pump line each offer patented
pump heads specifically designed for
quick and easy tube replacement.
LESS DOWN TIME
The pumps are self-priming and do not
lose prime from off-gassing solutions.
De-gassing valves are not required. All
pump components are easily accessible
for timely servicing.

Classic Series Electro-Mechanical
The original Classic Series pump has been revised and enhanced since 1957 while
keeping the well-engineered design intact. This versatile electro-mechanical pump is
easy to service or to convert to another model and remains the most popular with
installers. Common installations include wired to a well pump pressure switch, activated
by a controller or activated by a water meter for proportional dosing.

• Up to 40 gpd / 100 psi (151.4 lpd / 6.9 bar)
• Up to 85 gpd / 25 psi (321.8 lpd / 1.7 bar
• Offered as a Tank System
Pump Cover
Designed for Classic series single head adjustable pump,
pump cover provides additional protection.

PUMPS
Variable speed or 1:128 injection
M128 Series 1:128 Medicator
The M128 is a 1:128 medicator actuated by water flow from a dry contact water meter
signal for treating livestock water with sanitizers, electrolytes, disinfectants or nutrients.
Unlike water driven proportioners; the M128 is unaffected by scale or solids in the
water source.
• Injects at a fixed rate of one ounce per gallon
• Adjustable pulse dial for contact rates of 1, 2, 4 or 10 pulses per gallon or 1 pulse per liter
• Standby setting can stop the pump, but still keep track of water consumption
• Offered as two models
– 3.5 oz per min. up to 100 psi (105 ml/min / 6.9 bar)
– 8.4 oz per min. up to 25 psi (249.7 ml/min / 1.7 bar)
• Meter System option, pre-assembled on a panel
SVP Series Variable Speed
The SVP Series is a variable speed pump digitally adjusted to increase or decrease the motor
speed. It is designed to respond to a 4-20mA input signal from water treatment controls
to maintain proper water chemistry for industrial, water and wastewater applications.
• Digital keypad for automatic or manual control
• Adjustable dosages 5%-100%, 1% increments, non-scalable
• Up to 40 gpd / 100 psi (151.4 lpd / 6.9 bar)
• Up to 85 gpd / 25 psi (321.8 lpd / 1.7 bar)

Econ FP Flow Activated with Control Options
The Econ FP pump is multi-functional and can accept a dry contact signal or a 12-24
VAC/VDC signal from any control equipment that responds to flow. The pump is commonly
installed to interface with a water meter, flow switch or water softener control valve. There
are three operational modes to the run the pump at a set time or set speed.
• Three modes of operation: Seconds, Auxiliary, Flow Switch
• Three 120V models up to 80 psi: 4.5, 16 & 30 gpd (17.0, 60.6 & 113.8 lpd / 5.5 bar)
• Meter System option, pre-assembled on a panel
Econ T Programmable Timer
The Econ T has an integral timer and is programmable offering the ability to set automatic
dosing with flexibility for an injection schedule based on time. Biocide feed and the injection
of enzymes or liquid solar blankets are a few of the practical uses.
• Schedule up to 24 separate on and off events within a 7 day period
• Each timer can be programmed in increments by hour and minute
• Up to 1.92 oz/min / 80 psi (56.94 ml/min / 5.5 bar)
• Up to 1.33 oz/min / 25 psi (39.40 ml/min / 1.7 bar)
1. Attach pump to the wall.
2. Attach to a Stenner tank or a wall.
3. Attach pump to the stand for display or mount to a wall.

ECON PUMPS
Econ Integrator™ pH Control or Disinfection
Designed for water treatment on livestock farms. Powered by electricity, the pump injects
a fixed amount of chemical per water volume determined by a water meter pulse rate.
• Ideal for water line disinfection and pH control
• Additional water meter dedicated to chemical feed is not required
• Inject undiluted chemicals, no stock solutions to maintain
• 4.5, 16 & 30 gallons per day, up to 80 psi (17.0, 60.6 & 113.8 lpd / 5.5 bar)
• Digital keypad
• 20:1 turndown, adjustable in 1% increments
Econ Stennicator 1:128 Medicator
The medicator injects product directly into the water line at a fixed ratio of 1:128;
eliminating a water bypass that can restrict water flow to the drinker lines.
• Inject stock solutions or water solubles
• Activated by a water meter and 120V power
• Three pulse settings: 1 or 10 pulses per gallon or 1 pulse per liter
• 2.7 ounces per minute up to 80 psi (74 ml/min / 5.5 bar)
• A second Stennicator can be added for flow rates up to 5.4 gpm
• Animated video illustrates a Stennicator pump on a farm

Designed for the grower and the farmThe Econ Integrator™ is for livestock water treatment and the Econ Stennicator is for 1:128
injection. Activated by a dry contact water meter, either pump can easily adapt to a pre-installed meter.
Both pumps have two practical features; the internal relay and the standby setting.
• If utilizing a house controller, the internal relay repeats the meter signal to register water consumption.
• The standby setting will inactivate the pump for service without disconnecting the lead wires.
• If the pump is in standby, the signal to the controller will not be interrupted.

Proportional Injection System
The Proportional Injection System doses solution that is proportional to the system’s flow
rate based on water volume. The water meter sends a signal to the PCM which actuates
the pump. The system is suited for constant pressure (variable speed) well pumps,
poultry and livestock houses, irrigation, systems with demand based backup wells and
any application with varying flow rates.
• Components include a Classic Fixed Output pump, Pump Control Module (PCM),
3/4" dry contact plastic water meter, Flow Indicator and filter
• Cabinet keeps cords and wires contained and accessible
• Dual system includes two pumps and two PCMs for twice the output
Customize your own Proportional Feed System
To customize your proportional feed installation, purchase the Classic single head
fixed output pump, PCM, water meter and flow indicator separately. The water
meter is offered in plastic or Eco Brass in a variety of sizes and pulse rates.
