Pump Crimpers Semi-Automatic
Model Speedcut 99
The semi-automatic pneumaticmachine Speedcut 99 is for cuttingany valve dip tube length thanks toits simple mechanism. By manuallyinserting the tube in the centrehole and applying slight pressure,an air switch is opened which thentriggers a small cylinder connectedto a sharpened punch. Cuttinglength is adjusted from a minimumof 30mm to a maximum of 280mm.
Model Speedcut Pro
Speedcut Pro is an automatic diptube cutting machine. The unit canbe operated in two different ways:
1) Manual pump insertion into the plastic sliding rail, cutting will be done continuously by the machine.
2) Automatic pump insertion by vibratory feeder bowl.
Model Speedcut Pro 08
Model Speedcut Pro 08 is top of therange machine for automaticallycutting dip tubes. This unit uses a“Pick and Place” work station forfeeding and cutting the tubes. Theinclined track can be manually fedor by vibratory bowl.
Dip Tube Cutting Semi-Automatic
NEW DV098 FILLER
Coven now has a new version oftheir DV098 liquid filling machinefor larger fills. The machine hastwo volumetric cylinders for singleor twin head use. This machine isideal for filling all perfume andnon-viscous liquidsCapacity is 15-500ml.
VACUUM TESTING
The VTC vacuum test chamber isfor checking liquid leaks aftercrimping. One or more bottles areplaced in the glass vacuum testchamber, using a venturi meter thecorrect tightening of crimpedpumps are tested.
COLLAR PLACING
Model CF01 is a semi-automaticcollar presser for pumps. There is areplaceable plastic insert whenchanging from a different size andtype of collar.
BOTTLE CLEANING
Model SC10 is a simple pneumaticsemi-automatic unit for cleaningglass bottles. The vacuum nozzleremoves any bottle impurities. Thebag located on the column collectsthe dust.

Model LA3 has been designed togive as much flexibility as possiblefor perfume production. Model LA3consists of two separate operatingunits situated at both ends of aclosed conveyor circuit in whichperfume bottles, loaded in a set ofpucks, are moved on a conveyorbelt. The first operating unit is forautomatic filling, pump placing andcrimping operations, on the secondunit components can be manuallyplaced for closing. For shorterproduction runs only one unit canbe used.
