The processWe start with some robust initial discussions to clarify your personal goals and business objectives. Then it’s time for a business diagnostic to understand your current situation and identify the success factors and potential road blocks to success. Shortly thereafter we spend a day to develop the plan together with you and your team.

We then establish a reporting dashboard that together allows us to focus on the key measures that are critical to your success and allows us to assess progress over time.

Regular facilitated coaching checkpoints are then provided to ensure you stay on track and maintain the momentum required to achieve your goals.
