The New PerformaLoc 9000 Coating SeriesDeveloped to meet the demanding needs of industrial OEMs, the new PerformaLoc 9000 coatings series is a two-component, high-solids and high-gloss ambient cure coating. Used as an interior/exterior protective coating over iron/zinc phosphate treated and primed surfaces, this exceptionally tough and durable coating can be used to protect trailers, farm equipment, heavy-duty equipment, locomotives, tractor parts, lift trucks, trailer doors, trailer truck lift gates and trailer hitches.

Like other products in the PerformaLoc coatings line, this top-of-the-line coating dries to the touch and cures quickly, eliminating the need for force drying and curing ovens in most cases and increasing shop throughput. PerformaLoc 9000 coatings offer excellent UV, chemical, salt spray and humidity resistance, all encapsulated in brilliant, long-lasting color that retains its gloss for years to come.

PerformaLoc 9000 coatings are environmentally compliant as well, with low VOCs, no heavy metals and no SARA 313 constituents.

PerformaLoc 9000 coatings retain over 95% of their gloss at the performance benchmark of 1,400 hours of exposure and over 85% at 2,000 hours of exposure.

Efficient CuringWhether you prefer ambient or baked curing, PerformaLoc 9000 coatings will save you time and money versus standard, two-component urethane coatings. PerformaLoc 9000 coatings’ ambient cure time at 70˚ F is 75% faster than urethane, and its temperature for a 30-minute bake is 33% lower.

Beyond VOC CompliantAs VOC restrictions continue to tighten, PerformaLoc 9000 coatings meet the challenge by exceeding most national and local regulations and anticipating future trends in legistlation. PerformaLoc 9000 coatings have 2.1-2.8 lbs./gal. VOC less exempts.**
