Access the Enterprise Identity System from mySUPERVALU.com

Anyone who accesses SUPERVALU‟s computer network systems will need to register in the Enterprise Identity System. The link to the registration page is available on the mySUPERVALU.com portal.

1. Access mySUPERVALU.com.

2. Select the Register link to register or the Sign In link manage your account.

Your selection will determine whether you access the Register for your Enterprise Profile page or the SIGN IN page with links to the Enterprise Identity System.

How Do I…

Register in the Enterprise Identity System

Anyone who accesses SUPERVALU‟s computer network systems will need to register in the Enterprise Identity System. SUPERVALU‟s computer network systems include SVHarbor, mySUPERVALU.com portal and all the applications used to run and manage our business from retail to corporate (including MIO, Outlook mail, and Outlook Web Access, the Learning Cart). If you access only one or multiple systems, registration in the Enterprise Identity System is required. Registration in this one application will eventually allow you to use and manage the same password for all the systems you access.

Password security policies have been consolidated into a single policy to standardize password requirements and expirations.

In this process, you set your initial password and provide answers to the forgotten password questions. You can optionally enter your mobile number, work number, and email address.

During release 1 of the Identity Management project, only passwords on Active Directory (SVUENT and CORP/ABS domains), LDAPSM (SVHarbor), and EIDMS (portal) will be included.

1. Access the Register for Your Enterprise Profile page. (See Access the Enterprise Identity System from mySUPERVALU.com above.)

2. Enter your First Name and Last Name (use your legal first and last names as they appear on your paycheck).

3. Click Submit.

The application will process and display a list of names that match what you entered and the related store or location and user ID.

4. Select your Name by clicking the button to its left.

If there are multiple Names displayed, be careful to select the correct Store/Location and User ID).

NOTE: The User ID related to the name you select will become your Enterprise Identity System Account ID and Enterprise User Name. You should be sure to write it down because you will need it to login.

5. Click Submit.

The application will process and prompt you for additional information.

6. Enter your Birth Year.

7. Select your Birth Month and Birth Day from the dropdowns.

8. Enter the Last Five (5) Digits of your Social Security Number.

NOTE: Enterprise Identity System users who are not associates or who do not have a Social Security Number should use the last five (5) digits of their employee number.

9. Click Submit.

The application will process and allow you to set your password and enter optional information.

10. Enter and confirm the Enterprise Password you would like to use to access all applications included in this phase of the Enterprise Identity System rollout.

11. Optionally, change your Display Name and enter your Mobile Telephone Number and Telephone Number.

12. Scroll down the page.

13. Optionally, enter your Office Address (street, City, State, ZIP) and Department.

14. Click Submit.

The application will process and prompt you to provide “secret” answers to security questions that will be used if you forget your password. You should not share your answers with anyone.

15. Enter Answers that you will easily remember for each of the questions.

NOTE: You must answer at least two of the questions. The application randomly selects from the questions you answer here to allow you to access the Enterprise Identity System if you forget your password.

16. Click Submit.

The application will process and display the Registration Complete page.

Your Enterprise User Name is displayed. It is the user name associated with the name you selected (in step 4) to register in the Enterprise Identity System.

17. Please write down your Enterprise User Name.

You will use it to log in to the Enterprise Identity System.

18. Click Finish.

The application will process and display the Login page.

You do not need to login at this time.

Click the “X” to close the application.

Upon completing your registration, please log off of Windows and log back into Windows using your Windows User ID and your new Enterprise Password.

You may now use your User ID as your Enterprise User Name and your new Enterprise Password when you log in to the Enterprise Identity System.

You will also need to use your Enterprise Password to access all applications included in this phase of the Enterprise Identity System roll-out.

An Enterprise Identity System user may change his/her password at any time and will be required to do so when the password is expired. During release 1 of the Enterprise Identity System project, only passwords on Active Directory (SVUENT and CORP/ABS domains), LDAPSM (SVHarbor), and EIDMS (portal) can be reset.

1. Access mySUPERVALU.com. (See Access the Enterprise Identity System from mySUPERVALU.com.)

Name and Enterprise Password.

The Change Enterprise Password page is displayed. It displays the password policies and lists the Resources in which your Enterprise Identity System password is used.

4. Enter and confirm your New Enterprise Password.

NOTE: New passwords must conform to the password policy and cannot match any of the 5 previous passwords you used.

5. Optionally, click the Show Account Ids checkbox to display the Account ID column. It lists the User ID you use to access the resource accounts on which the password will be set.

6. Click Save.

Your password on the displayed account resources will be changed.

The Enterprise Password Change – Results page is displayed. It lists the Account Resources on which passwords were successfully changed and a confirmation of the change.

If you have an account in Active Directory located outside your primary domain, you must call the Service Desk to have the cross domain(s) password updated with the newly changed primary domain password.

7. After reviewing the page, click OK.

Create or Change the Answers to Security Questions

You enter Security Question answers as part of the registration process. You have the option to change them, if you want, whenever you are logged in to the Enterprise Identity System. If you forget your password, a click of the Forgot Your Password? button will prompt you to answer Security Questions. If correct answers are provided, the application will allow you access. Once you access the application, you must change your password. Security Question answers can also be changed. During release 1 of the Enterprise Identity System project, only passwords on Active Directory (SVUENT and CORP/ABS domains), LDAPSM (SVHarbor), and EIDMS (portal) can be reset.

NOTE: Your answers are not case sensitive. You can enter your answers in upper case (capital letters) or lower case (regular letters) here or when accessing the system if you forget your password.

6. When you have finished, click Save.

Edit Profile Data

If you would like to make changes to the profile data you entered when you registered in the Enterprise Identity System you can do so by logging in to the application. The Edit Profile Data option allows you to make changes to your displayed name and other profile information. During release 1 of the Enterprise Identity System project, only passwords on Active Directory (SVUENT and CORP/ABS domains), LDAPSM (SVHarbor), and EIDMS (portal) can be reset.

7. Enter or edit your Office Address (street, City, State, ZIP) and Department.

NOTE: Postal Address, Department Number, Division, Primary Location, Alternate Location, and Job Description fields are informational only.

8. When you have finished, click Save.

If you forget your password, enter your Enterprise User Name and click the Forgot Your Password? button. The application will prompt you to answer Security Questions. If correct answers are provided, the system will allow you access. Once you access the system usint the Forgot Your Password? button, you must change your password. Security Question answers can also be changed. During release 1 of the Enterprise Identity System project, only passwords on Active Directory (SVUENT and CORP/ABS domains), LDAPSM (SVHarbor), and EIDMS (portal) can be reset.

If you have previously registered, the Answer Security Questions page is displayed. Your Enterprise User Name is displayed and you are prompted to provide your answers to two of the randomly-selected, security questions.

3. Enter your answers to the questions (either upper or lower case).

4. Click Submit.

The system will validate your answers.

If the system cannot validate your answers, an error message will be displayed and you will be prompted to answer two randomly-selected security questions.

5. Enter your answers to the questions (either upper or lower case).

6. Click Submit.

The system will again validate your answers.

The system allows 5 attempts to answer the questions accurately. If all 5 attempts fail, you will be re-directed to the „Register for Your Enterprise Profile‟ page. See forgot my security question answer section for instruction‟

If the system validates your answers, you will be prompted to enter and confirm a new password.

7. When you have entered and confirmed your password, click Change Password.
